Embroidery Workshop Employee (m/f/d) Part-time (50%) | Initially limited to 1 year
Your responsibilities:
Performing high-quality embroidery work, conducting material tests, developing embroidery designs, and optimizing embroidery designs on various materials
Collaborating on the development and implementation of embroidery designs
Preparing, setting up, and operating embroidery machines
Adjusting and monitoring embroidery programs, depending on your experience
Conducting quality control of embroidery work with regard to workmanship, color, material, and attention to detail
Assisting with creative projects, sample work, and internal requests
Working with various fabrics, threads, colors, and textile surfaces
What you need to bring:
Experience with industrial embroidery machines is ideal
Knowledge of Punch software—specifically, creating or customizing embroidery programs—is a plus
Knowledge of fabrics, textiles, sewing, tailoring, fashion, or textile design is welcome
Manual dexterity, a steady hand, and a keen eye for detail
A keen sense of colors, shapes, materials, and the visual impact of textiles
Patience, precision, and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship
Ability to work well in a team, reliability, and a down-to-earth, dedicated work ethic
Basic knowledge of Excel and Word is desirable
Very good German and good English skills are required
