- Coordinating and monitoring incoming and outgoing goods
- Picking orders using delivery slips or scanner systems
- Ensuring timely order picking and shipping processing
- Monitoring inventory levels and warehouse organization
- Recording and verifying inventory movements in the ERP system
- Conducting and assisting with inventory counts
- Compliance with quality, safety, and occupational health and safety requirements
- Planning and managing daily warehouse operations
- Providing technical guidance and support to the warehouse team
- Assisting with staffing and vacation scheduling
- Working closely with Production, Purchasing, Shipping, and Supply Chain Management
- Analyzing and optimizing warehouse and material flow processes
- Participating in projects to improve efficiency and drive digitalization
- Completed training in warehouse logistics, freight forwarding, logistics, or a comparable technical or vocational program
- Extensive experience in the warehouse or logistics sector
- Experience coordinating employees or a team is a plus
- Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office
- Ability to generate reports using the Data-Analyst analysis tool
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Good written and spoken German
